On Thursday, November 17, 2011 Korean business and government officials met with business leaders in Phoenix, Arizona to discuss opportunities for partnership, exports and growth. The event initiated key global partnerships between U.S. and Korean businesses in Information Technology, Mobile, Biotechnology, Solar, Cleantech, Manufacturing and other sectors – including a memorandum of understanding being signed between KOTRA and ASU SkySong.
These events by KOTRA are an unprecedented opportunity for Western U.S. businesses to connect with growth opportunities following the U.S. – Korea Free Trade Agreement signed in October.
Learn the latest trends and opportunities for these industries in Asia from Korean government agencies, and meet with Korean business partners to discuss growing your business in Korea, Asia and beyond.
The 2011 event was brought to you with the support of Arizona Commerce Authority, Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Greater Phoenix Economic Council, ASU SkySong, Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, Growth Nation and KCCA. The event was hosted and sponsored by Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) of Los Angeles.
